As soon as we have prepared your order, you will receive an email with a link to track your package's journey.

If you have not received the email with the tracking link, it may be due to:

• The email has ended up in your "spam filter / junk mail" - check there first
• Your email was entered incorrectly when ordering. If you have not received an order confirmation a few minutes after your order, this is the case. Contact us and we will send you both parts to your correct email
